We provide brokerage services mainly for piston-engine aircraft, both single- and multi-engine types, such as Piper, Cessna, Diamond, Cirrus, and similar aircraft.
 

Basic Brokerage Fees

• Minimum brokerage or buyer’s agent fee: $3,500

• Aircraft up to $200,000: 10% of the selling price

• $200,000 – $400,000: 7% of the selling price

• $400,000 – $1,000,000: 6% of the selling price

• Above $1,000,000: 5% of the selling price
   

Brokerage fees are based on aircraft in good working order with no damage history. An additional 1% fee applies to aircraft with a damage history, plus expenses.
