1. About Aerokone

Aerokone is an international aviation classifieds and community platform where users can publish and manage listings related to aircraft, aviation parts, equipment, services, and other aviation-related items, as well as participate in aviation communities and clubs.
Aerokone does not act as a broker, seller, buyer, or agent in transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and publish listings on Aerokone.
By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To publish listings or purchase advertising packages, you must create a user account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and up-to-date information

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• all activity that occurs under your account
   

Aerokone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 

4. Listings and User Content

 

Users may publish listings and other content (“User Content”) in accordance with these Terms.
 

By publishing content on Aerokone, you confirm that:

 

• you have the legal right to publish the content

• the content is accurate and not misleading

• the content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
   

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

 

• false or misleading listings

• illegal goods or services

• offensive, abusive, or defamatory material

• content that infringes intellectual property rights
   

Aerokone reserves the right to remove or modify content at its discretion.

5. Listing Types and Advertising Packages

 

Aerokone offers different listing types, including Personal, Pilot Club, and Business, each with its own advertising packages.
 

Advertising packages:

 

• are required to publish and renew listings

• are purchased through the user’s dashboard

• may be subject to specific terms such as duration, listing limits, or visibility features
   

Package details are described on the Site and may be updated from time to time.
 

6. Payments and Fees

 

Some services on Aerokone are subject to fees, including advertising packages.
 

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:

 

• pay all applicable fees

• provide accurate payment information
   

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a service has been activated.
Aerokone reserves the right to change prices and package structures at any time.

7. Renewals and Expiration

 

Listings and advertising packages are valid for a limited period.
 

Users are responsible for:

 

• monitoring listing and package expiration

• renewing listings or packages as needed
   

Expired listings may no longer be visible until renewed.
 

8. Transactions Between Users

 

Aerokone provides a platform for users to connect.
All negotiations, agreements, and transactions occur directly between users.
 

Aerokone:

 

• does not verify listings or users

• does not guarantee the accuracy of listings

• is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user transactions
   

Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence before entering into any transaction.

9. Aeroclub and Pilot Clubs

 

Aerokone may provide community features such as Aeroclub / Pilot Clubs.
Content published within these features is the responsibility of the users or clubs managing them.
Aerokone reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Site, excluding User Content, is the property of Aerokone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

• Aerokone is provided “as is” and “as available”

• Aerokone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Aerokone is not responsible for losses resulting from user interactions or transactions
   

12. Termination

 

Aerokone reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or user accounts at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
